No Return / No Exchange Policy
All purchases made on Abbcart™ are considered final.
We currently do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and processed.
Before placing your order, please make sure to:

- Review sizes, colors, and specifications
- Contact us for any queries before purchasing
Exceptions
A replacement or refund may only be considered if:
- You receive a damaged product
- You receive a defective item
- You receive the wrong product
In such cases:
- The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Clear photos/videos of the product and packaging must be shared via email or WhatsApp
- The product must be unused and in its original condition
Our team will review the request and guide you with the next steps.
Important Notes
- No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of delivery
- Products that are used, damaged, or tampered with will not qualify for replacement/refund
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
